DATEKILL Version 1.00
(C)opyright 1992 7th Illusion, All Rights Reserved
Released January 2nd 1992 as Freeware
Introduction
DK was designed to help cull constantly growing file directories.
It's straight forward, and ever more versatile as you'll find. I
use DK to delete old network mail (fidonet's .Msg format), keep
the user F'Req directory clean, and general hard-drive
maintenance.

Usage
You may type DK by itself to get a brief listing of commands
similar to the following. Incorrect parameters will also trigger
this help screen.
Commands: DateKill.Exe [Filespec] [Days] [D|T]
D = Delete matching file(s)
T = Truncate matching file(s) to zero bytes
Examples: DK.Exe D:\Mail\*.Msg 30 D
DK.Exe G:\Single.Dat 7 T
DK.Exe C:\Backups\*.* 0 D
The truncate command switch may be quite usefull to keep a record
of unatended activity/purges.
One of the examples above shows a [Days] value of 0. This can be
an interesting alternative to DOS's "Del *.*" command.
